Make sure to provide us with the correct shipping information and to update shipping information if you move. Your subscription will automatically continue on a monthly basis unless you cancel your subscription or we terminate it or if payment is not made. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree that your subscription will be subject to the above described automatic renewals. If a subscription has been purchased with promotional pricing, you understand that future monthly billing may increase due to the expiration of the promotion(s). You must provide us with a current, valid, and accepted method of payment to subscribe.

 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

There are no returns for products or services offered by LabHouse Perfume.

LabHouse Perfume is not responsible for any content generated by its users, or any third-party sources. We may censor or remove inappropriate content, but we are not obligated to do so.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping: We generally ship orders within 2 days of the day the order is placed. Shipping can take 1-7 days with our carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delivery delays and lost packages. If a package gets lost by the carrier, we will do our best to help you and the carrier to find it. Please email labhouseperfume.com if your package is lost.
